(Tiny’s) Pre-K 4:45-5:15pm
(Minors) 1st, 2nd AND 3rd grade 5:20-6:00 PM
(Majors) 4th, 5th and 6th grade 6:10-7:00 PM
Classes begin Thursday, September 5th , at Crimson Point Elementary

Monthly payments are simply the semester rate divided equally. Payment each month does not differ depending on attendance or school breaks. The tuition fees pay for curriculum and your child’s education of the program, vocal training and drama skills.
There are 3 options for tuition.
Option 1-Payment for semester tuition in full by the 1st class.
Option 2-Automatic payments pulled the 5th of each month.
Option 3-Post dated checks for the semester turned in by the 1st class.
*There will be a $20 fee for returned checks
LATE FEE CHARGES: A late fee of $5.00 will be charged to your account if not paid by the second lesson of the month overdue. This will be added each month the account is overdue. All accounts must be current for your child to participate in the fall and spring concerts!
REGISTRATION FEE: There is a registration fee of $25 per child, due upon registering, before classes begin. Prior to this semester there was a separate concert fee due later in the semester, this NEW registration process now covers registration AND concert fees for the beautiful Kuna Performing Arts Center! It also includes cost for two practice vocal CD’s (Christmas and Spring music)
COSTUME PURCHASE: (due 1ST lesson of 2nd month: Oct or Feb)
Tiny Tune girls- $35 (You provide black tights and closed toe black shoes)
Boys -$45 (You provide: black dress shoes, black socks)
Minor and Major girls $45–(You provide black dress shoes)
*** Costumes usually stay the same for a minimum of 2-3 years. This means generally you only buy a costume when your child either advances from one group to another or when your child outgrows the costume you own. We will make used costumes available to you to purchase (at a discounted price) as we get them in. You may be responsible for providing part of the costume, such as black socks and closed toe black dress shoes.
PROPS: (Due 1st lesson of 3rd month: Nov. or Mar.)
Props will differ each season and will be between $6.00-$15.00 per child per concert. Kids will have separate bags which will hold their props throughout the season so your child will only be using his/her props. These props make the concert really fun and after the concert the kids can keep them!
ATTENDANCE: Attendance to every class is much appreciated! However, we do realize conflicts arise. Please keep in mind children will perform well when they are confident about their music. We, occasionally, have extra practices for specialty numbers that may involve some of the students (no extra charge). When possible, we try to hold these right after regular class. Specialty numbers are optional (but are REALLY fun!).
CLASS & CONCERT BEHAVIOR: We make sure our classes are very fun and interactive! To ensure that TaVaci is a good experience for everyone, students must be able to follow direction from teachers appropriate to their age group. Disruptive behavior, for any reason, takes away from the experience of the rest of the group, and continued disruptive behavior may jeopardize your child's participation in TaVaci.
CONCERTS: The concert is an integral part of your vocal training. It is the most positive of all the music activities in improving self-esteem and confidence. There will be two concerts annually (Christmas and Spring) All concerts and performances are free to the public.
TECH REHEARSALS: The rehearsals held prior to the concert at the performing arts center are MANDATORY. You will have advance notice of dates and times. The rehearsals are closed to the public! SORRY!
ADDITIONAL PERFORMANCES: Occasionally we are invited to perform at special events and sing-outs. Attendance is not mandatory, but strongly recommended. There are no additional charges for these performances.
CLASSTIME DROP OFF & PICK UP: Class will be held at Crimson Point Elementary in Kuna. This is a fantastic facility! Please remind your children to be respectful to the classroom and restrooms so we can continue to use it. Do not drop children off more than 10 minutes before class starts.
* I will have a spot outside the actual classroom for them to wait until the room is ready for fun!
VISITORS: If your child would like to bring a friend to class please notify the teacher; otherwise we would request that no visitors (parents included) attend class. The younger children, in particular, are easily distracted. If you have questions about your child's progress, please notify your child's teacher. We will have designated parent days where you can come watch the class!
